Release Notes – Version v1.0.52

Last updated: June 25, 2025

This week we’re making it radically easier to find and reuse components — even if you don’t remember what they’re called. 🧠🔎

🔍 Smart Component Search — Describe It, Find It!

Our search just got a whole lot smarter. You can now find components by describing what they do or what they look like — not just by name or file path.

This powerful search helps you:

  • When using the AutonomyUpdate and choosing an existing component to update

  • When reviewing components chosen by the agent in AutonomyCreate and adding a component to list

No more digging through folders or asking teammates “what’s that button called again?”:

  • New teammates don’t need deep understanding of naming conventions or file structure

  • Designers and PMs can describe a UI element and find the component behind it

  • You can search faster with natural language, even across large projects

The search still supports name, file, and path — but now it understands your intent too.

🚨 P.S: After updating, please restart the Autonomy extension to apply the changes.

Click "Disable" → "Enable" in the Extensions tab or reload VS Code.

Thanks for building with Autonomy — more magic coming soon.
